5 Gallons Unpreserved Apple Cider
2 Cups Brown Sugar
2 Sticks Cinnamon
6 oz Pure Maple Syrup
Wyeast Champagne Yeast Smack Pack
Dissolve Brown sugar and maple syrup in warmed cider and combine with remaining ingredients in primary fermenter. Allow to ferment for 7 days or until complete. Use .75 cups brown sugar for priming.
